Pollution

• Option 1 - $1 million / $3 million limit of liability included in the general liability occurrence and aggregate.  Covers pool chemicals, fungicide, fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide application.   Does not provide tank coverage.  3rd party coverage only.  Coverage is followed by the umbrella.
  • Zurich Tank coverage-Must be included with Option 1 for coverage for UST/AST.  1st and 3rd party coverage.
    
• Option 2 - Zurich Environmental. 1st and 3rd party coverage. Covers any pollutant, including storage tanks, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, fungicides, pool chemicals and contamination to air, land, water. Limits of $10 million available.
