In 2017, Brian became the President of Affinity Agency Group, LLC specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance.

Since 2010, Brian has served as the Vice President – Operations for Affinity, where his responsibilities included sales, loss control, risk management, claims management, rating and underwriting.

In addition to being a licensed Property and Casualty insurance professional, Brian has 19 years of fire and emergency service experience and is a certified New Jersey fire inspector, fire instructor and fire investigator.

Brian also has 8 years of experience in the club and hospitality industry and received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University.

Since 2007, Susan Harnois has served in various capacities including agency management, administration, accounting, systems, sales, claims management and client services.

A founder of Affinity Agency Group, LLC., she participated in building from the ground up a general agency specializing in commercial and group program business.  

Susan has over 10 years of insurance industry experience including over a decade of experience in commercial real estate management and administration.

She received her B.A from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1982 and currently holds authorities in life, accident, health or sickness, personal lines, property and casualty insurance.

Michael joined Affinity Agency Group in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer.  He began his financial career auditing, preparing financial statements and examining the internal controls of private golf and social clubs in the New York City area.

He's a Certified Public Accountant with extensive knowledge of group insurance benefits and the Affordable Care Act.  Michael received his BBA from Pace University NYC in 1997 and currently holds authorities in life, variable, accident, health or sickness, personal lines, property and casualty.

J. Michael Roberts comes to the Affinity Agency Group, LLC. after a distinguished career in public safety; serving in the fire service for more than 35 years. Michael is a certified Fire Inspector and Fire Official. Michael is a New Jersey Certified Emergency Manger and has served as a local Emergency Management Coordinator for his community.

Michael is a distinguished alumnus of New Jersey City University attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Science and Public Administration. Michael currently hold authorities in property and casualty insurance.

Josh joined Affinity Agency Group, LLC in 2020 with a focus on expanding services into the oil, gas, and energy industry.

He brings over 11 years of upstream, midstream, and royalty experience while working on-site and off-site for both operators and non-operators. Josh has been involved in all aspects of the oil and gas value chain from initial exploration to final production, transport and processing.

Josh received his B.S. in Environmental Geology from the University of Pittsburgh and currently holds authorities in property and casualty insurance
